"The title of this zine, 'white ink' comes from Helene Cixous' comparison of women's writing to milk in 'Laugh of the Medusa.' Cixous' metaphor also addresses questions of invisibility, marginality... the invisibility of white ink on white paper and writing on the margins...the invisibility and marginalization of women's writing."

A food related zine by illustrator Carrie McNinch and a few of her friends, including Shawn Granton and Davida Breier. A story of a beloved 1950's stove breaking down one day, only to find out it was a blown fuse in the apartment building and luckly not the stove that was broken. Contributers write and draw about their favorite salsas. A recipe for pan frying tofu. A list of song and band names from Japanese music with food words in the titles. Most of the stories contain correlating illustrations.

This history zine reviews the life of Victoria Woodhull, the first woman candidate for president. An introductory short story shows Contessa introducing several young people to Victoria's life story.
